Manages shadcn components and projects — adding, searching, fixing, debugging, styling, and composing UI, including chat interfaces. Provides project context, component docs, and usage examples. Applies when working with shadcn/ui, component registries, presets, --preset codes, or any project with a components.json file. Also triggers for "shadcn init", "create an app with --preset", or "switch to --preset".

Check community registries too. 2. **Compose, don't reinvent.** Settings page = Tabs + Card + form controls. How to install
mdr add asymmetric-al/core/shadcn@sha256:fe101e58bd393843The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261001.4ae104e, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
