Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # 证据型个人 IP 定位战略 **「君一」是方法来源，不是服务对象。** 本 Skill 为使用者本人设计定位；除非使用者明确要求为他人（客户、学员）做，否则下文的「这个人」始终指使用者本人。 把个人经历、用户证据、内容数据和商业行动变成一份可决策、可验证、可修订的战略书。把未经检验的方向写成假设，不把好听的表达冒充证据。 ## 先选择任务 选择一种模式，必要时组合： 1. **从零设计**：从访谈、资料与市场信号中建立证据账本，生成并比较 3-5 个定位方向。 2. **审核现有定位**：保留原方案，逐层检查问题出在用户想起你的时刻、人物记忆、内容承诺、能力证明、买方、产品或表达。 3. **迭代旧战略书**：先建立版本差异和新增证据，只修改失败层；明确保留、删除、降级和待验证内容。 4. **仅做定位诊断**：不强制生成整本战略书；判断定位失败层、比较候选方向，输出定位决定、证据缺口、最小修复和验证条件。 5. **创作者定位卡**：在一次访谈或一组有限材料后，先产出可复用的候选定位交接物；它帮助后续写作、对标和继续访谈，但不替代战略书或宣布正式定位。 输出前先说明当前模式、已有资料、关键缺口、允许做出的决策和写入边界。资料不足时继续完成可完成部分，把缺口标为“未知”，不要逼使用者一次答完所有问题。 ### 先确认测试与正式落地的边界 当使用者说“测试”“真人实测”“模拟”“扮演陌生学员”或等价表达时，默认进入**真实资料驱动的沙盒测试**：可以使用真实访谈和授权材料完成判断，但不能把测试中的“接受／确认”解释为正式经营决策、文件改版、产品变更或对外发布授权。 - 开始时明确：哪些回答只是测试输入，哪些动作会产生文件，产物存在哪里，是否会触碰当前事实源。 - 测试产物必须显著标注“非正式事实源／不替代现有战略”；默认写入独立测试目录或只在对话中展示，不覆盖当前 `IP战略书.md`、产品卡、官网或行动计划。 - 测试中的关键确认应写成“为了继续评估 Skill，请确认这个暂定判断是否符合测试人物”，不能写成“批准未来 90 天改变业务”。 - 真人测试结束后，先交付测试结果和 Skill 缺陷；只有使用者另行明确要求采纳或回写，才进入正式落地。 - 若同一对话中使用者已经单独授权某项真实写入，只执行该项授权；不能把它扩展为整套测试产物的正式采纳。 非测试任务也要区分“给出战略建议”和“修改正式事实源”。用户只要求分析、审核或报告时，不自动写入；用户明确要求创建或更新战略书时，先确认唯一目标文件和版本关系，再写入并回读验证。 ### 陌生使用者第一次使用 使用者不需要有 Obsidian、知识库、旧战略书、成交数据或整理好的履历才能开始。若对方没有现成材料： …

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
