为 0—12 岁儿童导入、提取、追问、验证和标准化最近一季度资料，用于持续更新家庭成长 Agent，并生成未来 90 天行动指南的证据输入。用于用户已有成长故事、录音蒸馏、月报、学校反馈或上一季度复盘，需要整理成季度资料包；也用于没有持续记录时按年龄完成自适应季度问卷，或检查资料是否足以生成正式季度计划。按季度开始日月龄只读取一个年龄问题库，输出单一 quarterly-update.md；资料不足时输出 7—14 天预备观察方案，不生成低证据正式计划。本 Skill 不生成季度报告，不做医学心理诊断、发育筛查或学习类型测评。.

# 儿童季度更新资料采集 把全年知识底座之后发生的新变化，整理成家庭成长 Agent 可以核验、季度计划 Skill 可以使用的证据资料。资料采集与计划生成物理隔离，但季度计划 Skill 可以自动调用本 Skill，用户不必先执行额外步骤。 ## 1. 确认上游与时间范围 必须取得： 1. 孩子匿名代号、出生日期、季度开始日和结束日； 2. 有效的全年 `intake.json` 和完整全年规划； 3. 如非首次季度更新，上一季度计划或无法提供的明确说明。 首次使用前先读取 [references/upstream-requirements.md](references/upstream-requirements.md)。使用者没有兼容全年底座时必须返回 `blocked-upstream`，并路由到 `junyi-child-annual-intake` 和对应年龄段全年报告 Skill；不能用季度问卷替代全年资料采集。 按季度开始日计算完整月龄并确定唯一轨道： - `infant`：0—35 月龄； - `preschool`：36—71 月龄； - `school-age`：72—144 月龄。 季度中途跨过 36 或 72 月龄时不切换轨道；下一季度再按新的开始日月龄路由。当前轨道与全年底座轨道不同，仅记录 `track_transition` 并把旧底座作为历史知识，不得仅因跨过人为月龄边界强制重做全年规划。全年底座缺失、无法确认或已发生会改变整体判断的重大变化时，才路由 `junyi-child-annual-intake` 和相应年度报告 Skill。 ## 2. 选择资料路径 - **导入路径**：读取用户明确提供的成长故事、录音或蒸馏结果、月报、作品、学校反馈、家长对话、上一季度计划与复盘。 - **问卷路径**：没有持续材料时，完成最小版问卷；仍缺少会改变方向的信息时，再读取当前年龄问题库补问。 - **审核路径**：只检查现有资料是否达到正式计划门槛，并输出最少补充问题。 不得默认每个季度都必须“解决一个问题”。资料显示孩子和家庭整体稳定时，同样采集家庭最想保护的兴趣、关系、自然发展和观察窗口。0—35 月龄下游始终据此形成观察线与环境方案，不设置主攻/维持双轨。 先读 [references/questionnaire-minimum.md](references/questionnaire-minimum.md)。只有需要年龄专属追问时，再且只再读取一个文件： - `infant` → [references/questionnaire-0-3.md](references/questionnaire-0-3.md) …
