Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# 君一学习蒸馏 **「君一」是方法来源，不是服务对象。** 本 Skill 蒸馏的是使用者自己的学习材料。 学习蒸馏不是缩短原文，而是完成四次变化：从“原文说了什么”到“我是否讲得明白”，再到“什么条件下能迁移”，最后到“我准备怎样验证”。 ## 开始前 1. 确认目标是学习外部内容。若目标是提取本人故事、观点、金句或日常待办，改用 `junyi-content-distiller`；若目标只是形成内部会议决定、责任人和截止时间，使用会议纪要能力。 2. 记录来源标题、作者/主讲人、日期、版本、材料范围和可用定位信息（页码、章节、段落、时间戳）。 3. 询问或读取使用者当前目标、项目、已有观点和希望应用的场景。没有这些信息也继续，但把“对我的转化”标为待补充，不虚构个人需求。 4. 选择模式：短材料直接分析；长材料先执行 [long-source-workflow.md](references/long-source-workflow.md)。 ## 证据与版权规则 - 每个关键结论、方法和存疑点都要有 `**证据位置**`。有页码/时间戳就精确记录；没有则写章节、段落或行号。 - 把“来源中的主张”“来源报告的数据”“外部已核验事实”“我的理解”“我的假设”分开，不把主讲人的说法自动写成客观事实。 - 引用只保留证明判断所需的短片段。不要复制长篇课程逐字稿、书籍章节或受版权保护内容。 - 来源缺失、上下文不全、图表不可读或论据不足时明确标 `【未知】`、`【待核验】`，不补齐。 - 智能纪要只能帮助定位结构；涉及观点、数据和原话时回看原始材料。 - 外部检索得到的证据与原材料分开列出并标明来源，不能悄悄混入讲者观点。 ## 八层学习转化 按以下顺序完成。读取 [eight-layer-framework.md](references/eight-layer-framework.md) 获取每层判断标准，读取 [output-contract.md](references/output-contract.md) 获取固定格式。 1. **关键结论**：准确说出来源希望读者或听众相信什么。 2. **主张与证据地图**：拆开主张、论据、案例、数据、假设和未知。 3. **用自己的话讲明白**：不用原作者术语完成解释，并给出例子或反例。 4. **可迁移方法**：提炼步骤，同时写前提、边界和不适用情境。 5. **与我已有认知的关系**：区分印证、补充、冲突和新种子。 6. **应用与小实验**：把启发转成可执行、可观察、可停止的小测试。 7. **存疑与待跟进**：列出证据缺口、反例、需要核验的事实和后续问题。 8. **一句话本质**：完成前七层后再压缩，不能只是重抄标题。 ## 工作流程 ### 1. 建来源地图 …
