Establish the synthesized implementation, its constraints and measurements, and assess them against the task's requirements.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Synthesis
Establish the implementation and evidence needed for the current task. Read `dispatch.json`,
the original intent, requirements, RTL and constraints, and the materials carried into `{workdir}`. A new dispatch
requires a current conclusion; it does not prescribe a new synthesis. Use measurements whose
implementation, conditions and scope still apply, and perform the work the remaining questions need.
Write under `{workdir}`; upstream inputs remain read-only. The framework carries previously
published setup and products into this directory, without the old verdict. Keep useful analysis
and comparison material in `evidence/`.

Bootstrap refreshes `scripts/rtl_load.tcl` and `constraints.sdc` from upstream inputs. It installs
missing `config.tcl`, `constraints.local.sdc` and driver scripts, preserving existing copies of these
editable files. `manifest.module` supplies the top; `rtl-files.json` supplies source order and include

How to install
mdr add chipweaver/veripower/synthesis@sha256:edd5ba46c032241dThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260920.095d122, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
