Scope a new task axis for the matrix: the column-direction in the reference × task projection. The skill is a single-process dialogue grounded in Jobs-to-be-Done discipline; the output is a task spec at `corpus.commons/{corpus}/tasks/{task-slug}.md`, ready to feed `creating-applications` for assembly into a compiled distribution.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Creating Tasks A *task axis* is the projection direction the corpus is shaped against. References are the row dimension; tasks are the column dimension. The matrix's value is that source material gets pre-projected onto task vocabulary at ingestion time, not re-derived at runtime. Discipline enforced: *verb-and-noun job-naming under Christensen 2016 Jobs-to-be-Done framing.* *Decision-making* is a task (verb-and-noun job in a circumstance). *Software-business* is a domain (semantic field). A task axis must survive the verb-and-noun rule. Dialogue skill, one task per session, no subagents. Output feeds `creating-applications` for assembly. ## How this skill is invoked **Normally a sub-skill of `creating-applications`, not a user-facing entry point.** When a user asks to create an application: 1. User invokes `creating-applications`. 2. `creating-applications`'s task-spec pre-flight checks whether a task spec exists. 3. If no spec exists, `creating-applications` invokes this skill inline: the 9-phase dialogue runs in the user's conversation. 4. When this skill completes (Phase 8 GO/YELLOW), control returns to `creating-applications` for the assembly work. …

How to install
mdr add chrisgagne/grounded-forge/creating-tasks@sha256:47330c10bf1311fcThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260518.8beb37f, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
