Explicitly save or resume a compact project handoff shared by Claude Code, Codex CLI, Kimi Code, and other compatible runtimes.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. If the request does not clearly specify the handoff operation (save or resume), ask before calling a tool — and in a non-interactive context (a subagent or scripted run with nobody to ask), do not stall and do not guess: stop and report `insufficient_input` naming the missing handoff operation (save or resume). A request that does specify the handoff operation (save or resume) proceeds normally in either context. This workflow is explicit and sequential. It records a compact project handoff; it does not capture the whole conversation, coordinate concurrent agents, or claim a task. Accept exactly one operation: `save` or `resume`. As a shorthand, `s` means `save` and `r` means `resume`, but only when it is the entire first word of the operation's arguments (the words after the skill's invocation name), as in `s to codex-cli` or `r <handoff-id>`. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
