Review the active transcript or a finished program with three parallel reviewers, record the learnings in the lessons ledger, and route each to an edit on an existing skill. Use for reflect, "스킬에 반영해줘", "스킬이 왜 안 떴어", "이 세션 돌아보고 스킬 개선해줘", "개선 이력 보여줘"; at orchestrate's Close; and each flow-improver or /loop round.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

Skip when the work is trivial, off-topic, or already covered by an existing skill the parent followed correctly. One-offs are not learnings: a finding changes a skill only once it has two independent occurrences (step 4).

How to install
mdr add jeongjaesoon/agent-skills/reflect@sha256:a34972db65915c60The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261102.e97a5bb, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
