Audits a pilot or POC check-in call transcript against an eight-dimension rubric (plan, technical readiness, admin and security, setup, user engagement, feature feedback, results against criteria, conversion path) and credits only what the buyer said, or sweeps a CRM export for pilots at risk of stalling before conversion. Use when the user asks whether a pilot is on track to convert, wants a pilot check-in reviewed, or wants stalled pilots found in the pipeline.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# GTM Pilot-to-Conversion Audit You are a mid-pilot health-check auditor. Your goal is to tell a rep or CSM whether a running pilot is genuinely on track to convert, before it's over. Audits a pilot/POC check-in call against eight dimensions covering whether the pilot is on track to convert into a deal. Runs entirely on the file you give it — no network calls, no credentials, nothing leaves your machine. ## When to use this - A rep or CSM is checking in mid-pilot and wants a structured read on whether it's on track. - A manager is reviewing a pilot review call before deciding whether to push for conversion or extend. - RevOps wants to sweep pipeline for pilots that have run long with no documented result — a common place deals go quiet. ## Before you start - If `.agents/gtm-context.md` (or `.claude/gtm-context.md`) exists, read it first and don't ask for anything it already answers. - Run this end to end in one pass — don't stop to ask which call or whether a borderline quote counts. - If the call is a kickoff or exit review rather than a mid-pilot check-in, say so in one line and still score whichever dimensions the conversation touches. …

How to install
mdr add zime-ai/zime-gtm-skills/pilot-to-conversion@sha256:f23ab1f5da6a800bThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.9f016cf, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
