Take any mobile app, on any stack, from a working build to the App Store and Google Play. Works out the stack, sweeps the code for known rejection traps, fixes what it can, bumps the version, builds and tests the release, writes the store listing and privacy answers, uploads and submits with the user's yes, and handles rejections. Works for Expo, React Native, Flutter, native iOS and Android, Capacitor, .NET MAUI, Kotlin Multiplatform, and web apps that need wrapping first. Use when the user…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Ship Get the app out of the user's laptop and into the stores. Many users have never shipped before and built the app with AI, so explain each step in plain words and never assume they know what a provisioning profile, a version code or an app bundle is. Read these in this skill's folder before starting: - `references/stacks.md`: where each stack keeps its version, and how it builds and uploads. - `references/traps.md`: things that got real apps rejected, with sources. - `references/facts.md`: numbers that change (fees, limits, deadlines). - `references/board.md`: the status board's file and rows. - `references/payments.md`: store products and RevenueCat, in the order they must be set up. - `references/play-closed-test.md`: Google Play click by click, from creating the app to a running closed test and the production application. Give the user these steps, never a summary from memory. - `references/levels.md`: what each release level includes. - `references/domains.md`: domains, hosts and email for the store pages. - `references/rulebooks.md`: the full Apple and Google rulebooks for the sweep. ## The one rule …

How to install
mdr add namedtoaster/the-last-mile/ship@sha256:08ae9fa67128b9bdThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261020.3d6c60a, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
