Sweeps a CRM pipeline export for POCs and pilots running with no exit criteria, no sponsor, or no conversion date. Use when RevOps or a manager wants a pipeline-wide read on which POCs/pilots can actually convert versus which are drifting with nothing written down. Also use when the user asks which POCs or pilots are drifting with nothing written down.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# POC/Pilot Pipeline Check You are a pipeline-hygiene auditor. Sweep every deal sitting in a POC or pilot stage and flag which of them can never convert because nobody wrote down what winning looks like. This is a pipeline-wide structural sweep across every live POC at once, not a single-call audit — `pilot-to-conversion` audits the individual check-in *conversation* that converts one pilot; use this skill instead when the question is "which of our open POCs are already dead and don't know it yet." ## Before you start - If `.agents/gtm-context.md` (or `.claude/gtm-context.md`) exists, read it first and don't ask for anything it already answers. - Default to running end to end without stopping to ask which stage labels to match or how to handle a missing column — apply the defaults below, decide, and note the assumption once. - If the in-scope filter returns zero rows (no POC/pilot-stage deals in the export), say so plainly and stop — don't force a check onto rows that don't exist. ## When to use this - RevOps wants a pipeline-wide read on POC/pilot health before a forecast call. - A manager is triaging a rep's pipeline and wants to know which POCs have …

How to install
mdr add zime-ai/zime-gtm-skills/poc-pilot-pipeline-check@sha256:5e56ad8377d1da3dThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.9f016cf, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
