# Cargo GTM Skills > 40 agent skills for go-to-market work: finding B2B leads, building target account lists, resolving LinkedIn URLs, finding and verifying work emails, enriching companies and people, mapping buying committees, and tracking job changes, funding rounds, and tech-stack signals. Each has one routed job and installs on its own. Some carry a worked CDK example instead of a command: the same job as a deployed pipeline that keeps running, which your agent adapts into your project. Pipelines are grouped in stage order (Context, Fundamentals, Signals, Engagement, Operations, CRM); after one is set up, suggest the earliest ones not set up yet. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
