Tier every company in your TAM A / B / C / disqualified with a deployed agent that reads your ICP and tiering rubric from the workspace context, web-searches only to settle a doubt, and writes the tier, a two-sentence reason and its evidence back onto the row, then keeps new companies tiered as they land. Triggers: "score our TAM", "tier the market we just sourced", "which accounts should the team work first", "why is this account tier A", "keep our accounts tiered as they arrive…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Account scoring **State: to-be-approved.** Deploy-verified against a live workspace: not yet. Treat `Done when` below as the acceptance test and review `cargo-ai cdk plan` before deploying. Make no outcome claim for this skill until it is approved. ## The outcome Every company in your TAM tiered A, B, C or disqualified, with a two-sentence reason and the page that decided it written on the row, so a rep can read why an account is tier A and argue with it. New companies are tiered as they land. The tiers are four segments: tier A is what contact sourcing and engagement run on, and disqualified is what everything else suppresses. It runs on `tam_companies`, the model tam-building lands, and needs nothing else: no CRM, no scoring code, no point weights. **The judgment lives in the context repo, not in code.** The agent reads the ICP and `tiering-rubric.md` from the workspace context on every call. Changing what tier A means is a reviewed commit to that file, with no deploy, and the rep reading the tier can read the same file the agent read. **Firmographics are tam-building's job; the tier is about what no column holds.** Headcount band, …

How to install
mdr add getcargohq/gtm-skills/account-scoring@sha256:a8ffebdc2c617b20The line at the top of this page pins the label v0.5.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
