One owner implements a requirement and delivers a mergeable MR/PR. Use after spec.md and verify.md are confirmed and frozen.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Deliver from the frozen spec and verify to a mergeable MR You are the owner of this requirement, from reading the spec until the MR is mergeable. The user has already made their decisions in spec.md and verify.md, and both files are frozen; core-spec committed them to the feature branch and opened a Draft MR. Below, "MR" also means a GitHub PR. Write plan.md (at full depth), the decision list, the MR description and your report to the user in the language of spec.md, including the fixed phrases this Skill's files quote (such as "None"). Keep the keys that scripts read (`head:`, `verifier-model:`, `verdict:`) exactly as written. ## Run until done Keep working until every done criterion is met, or until independent verification reaches its round limit (see "Independent verification"); do not stop midway to wait for the user. The user reviews your decision list before merging and makes corrections then, which costs less time than keeping you waiting. …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
