Runs stage D after a requirement is delivered, or over a span of time. Gathers what the sessions, the MR and the delivery records show, has a model from another family mine them for lasting gaps too, routes each gap to where it gets fixed, records it in the feedback ledger, and lands what the user approves. Use after an MR is mergeable or merged, or to review collaboration over the last weeks.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Feedback: turn what a delivery exposed into fixes A delivery leaves signals that its owner did not act on: context the user had to supply, checks that were self-reported, CI comments nobody read, rules that were ignored or contradicted each other, hours spent waiting. Left alone, they come back in the next requirement. This Skill finds them, decides where each one is fixed, writes them into a ledger that outlives the session, and fixes what the user approves. It is not a gate: it sets no quota of findings and blocks nothing. Write the routing table, the ledger entries and your report in the language the user writes in. ## Inputs The user gives one of these; find the rest yourself: - **A requirement**: an MR or PR link, a requirement directory, a plan.md, or a few session ids for work that had no MR. - **A time window**: for example "the last two weeks". This reviews collaboration across all sessions in the window instead of one requirement; see "Time-window runs". …

How to install
mdr add coder-xieshijie/dev-skills/dev-feedback@sha256:63bb52a62fa989a6The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261031.93c76f1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
