Converges a comparison of two or more external references into one executable contract with evidence, decisions and acceptance criteria. Use when the result of benchmarking, technology selection or a migration plan will be carried out by someone without this session's context.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # recon-to-contract **Check the shape first**; continue only when both hold: 1. You have ≥2 external references to compare side by side 2. If only one holds, exit and say which one does not — for pure exploration, bug localization and incremental development, the bottleneck is not the carrier of the conclusions, and for them this process is pure overhead.
