Decide which system owns each fact, how fresh events are, and how to change platforms without losing the program. Use when two systems disagree on a customer, a segment stops filling though nobody changed it, events reach a trigger late, or a platform move is planned. Not segment design (segmentation) or trigger design (triggered-messages).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # martech-stack Every skill in this library says, at some step, take the attribute, wait for the event, or check that your platform supports this. None of them says where the attribute comes from, how long after the person acted it becomes visible to a segment, or what happens to it when you change platform. The gap has a signature, and the signature is silence. A segment built on a field that refreshes once a day runs on schedule and reports success. A trigger reading an event that arrives four hours late sends a message about a state the person has left. Nothing errors. Where those failures show up is a reconciliation, and the reconciliation lives here. This skill covers the carrier under the carrier: which system owns which fact, what you record about an action and how fast you can read it back, and how to move all of it to a different platform. Before your first step, read `.agents/chappie-context.md` in the project if it exists. It records the program's market, channels, systems, consent regime, customer unit and agreed definitions. How to install
mdr add 808enzo/chappie/martech-stack@sha256:e19cb85526c45c5fThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.fdb6855, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
