Carry a business account from first known contact to the buying group's decision. Use when leads handed to sales are never accepted or sent back, a deal sits in a stage with no next step, one champion answers and the deal dies at the budget holder, or a lost deal never comes back. Not cold outreach, or renewal after signature (b2b-retention).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# b2b-lifecycle This skill answers one question: **how the program carries an account from the moment a contact at it exists to the buying group's decision: by which signs the account counts as fit and ready, when it goes to sales and what travels with it, what comes back when sales says "not now", what the program sends between sales touches and to whom at the account, how the buying group gets covered, how a stalled deal gets noticed and by whom, and what a closed deal hands on.** What sets this work apart from its neighbors, and the two words this skill does not use, open `references/b2b-vocabulary.md`. **Four units, named apart.** The *account* is the buying organization, or the buying unit inside it that you define: a legal entity, a division, a site. It is the unit of the grade, the stage, the next step and the control metric. The *contact* is a person at the account with a key and a channel; consent, the cap and suppression sit on the contact. The *signal* is an observed act of a contact or a fact about the account that changes the reading of readiness: a return visit, a pricing page, a proposal opened, a reply, an activation event in a trial, a second …

How to install
mdr add 808enzo/chappie/b2b-lifecycle@sha256:3170c504f6c55cf8The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.fdb6855, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
