Cap how many messages one person gets across channels and systems, and decide which message wins when two collide. Not one flow (triggered-messages) or one screen (in-product-messaging).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # contact-orchestration Every campaign, flow and service message spends the same asset: the attention of one person, and their willingness to stay reachable. Each sending team sees only its own share of that spend. This skill measures what one person receives across every channel and every system, sets the ceiling, and decides who yields when two messages want the same person on the same morning. A cap that lives inside one channel is not a cap. The person gets email, push and a message in their inbox, and each system stays within its own limit while the total goes unwatched. This is the one skill in the library whose unit of work is the whole person rather than a send, a segment or a flow. Before your first step, read `.agents/chappie-context.md` in the project if it exists. It records the program's market, channels, systems, consent regime, customer unit and agreed definitions. Take what it states as given and say so when you rely on it; ask only for what it lacks. How to install
mdr add 808enzo/chappie/contact-orchestration@sha256:9be6b96f7c538425The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.fdb6855, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
