Carry an invoiced business contract from the won deal to the customer's renewal decision. Use when notices of non-renewal arrive too late, an auto-renewal invoice is disputed, a key client contact leaves mid-term, or an invoice stays unpaid. Not a card or app store subscription (subscription-retention) or the deal before signature (b2b-lifecycle).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # b2b-retention This skill answers one question: **how the program and the account manager carry a business contract from the won deal to the customer's decision about renewing it: what the sale promised and how the account manager reads it, on which date the customer's decision falls, how the entitlement changes inside the term, and what happens when an invoice goes unpaid.** What sets this work apart from the rest of the library, and the two words this skill does not use, open `references/b2b-retention-vocabulary.md`. **Four units, named apart.** The *success plan* is the outcomes the customer bought for, carried as milestones with a date, a doer and a sign of completion, and read with the buying group at QBRs. The *renewal case* is one contract term on its way to its decision point: it opens on its opening date and closes with the customer's decision or without one. The *amendment* is a change to a live contract's entitlement inside its term. The *collection case* is an invoice not paid by its payment date: it opens on the next day and closes as paid, settled, terminated under the contract, or written off. …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
