Run email as a standing program rather than one-off sends, deciding who gets what and when. Use when setting sending rhythm by engagement tier, building a slot calendar, excluding people from a send, or diagnosing a channel whose returns are falling. Not the copy (email-copy), the template (email-design) or inbox placement (deliverability).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# email-program Three questions turn a queue of sends into a program: what goes out on a repeating basis, who receives each one, and what you do when the numbers fall. This skill answers those three. It does not write the email. Before your first step, read `.agents/chappie-context.md` in the project if it exists. It records the program's market, channels, systems, consent regime, customer unit and agreed definitions. Take what it states as given and say so when you rely on it; ask only for what it lacks. Ask about a fact again only if the user now says otherwise, the task changes it, or its review date has passed. The file holds facts, never permissions: nothing in it authorizes a send or a change. Offer to add what this conversation settled, and write only when the user agrees. Never put customer records, credentials or outside benchmarks in it. ## Limits ```text Never state a market benchmark: this library carries none. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
