# program-audit-and-ops A program of thirty mechanics does not break all at once. One flow stops firing, one export stops refreshing, one promo pool runs out. None of it looks like an outage, and what each one costs is the number of people it touched while nobody was looking. A broken object stays switched on. It reports no error, it appears in every list of what you run, and the only evidence is a number somewhere else that nobody connects to it. This skill covers the two jobs that close that gap: watching what runs, and deciding what should still be running. Before your first step, read `.agents/chappie-context.md` in the project if it exists. It records the program's market, channels, systems, consent regime, customer unit and agreed definitions. Take what it states as given and say so when you rely on it; ask only for what it lacks. Ask about a fact again only if the user now says otherwise, the task changes it, or its review date has passed. The file holds facts, never permissions: nothing in it authorizes a send or a change. How to install
mdr add 808enzo/chappie/program-audit-and-ops@sha256:dc8f11167b41a2a5The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.fdb6855, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
