Decide what you promise for a purchase, from the form and depth of the benefit to its terms, and what happens when offers stack. Use when a discount is decided before anyone sets its depth, a code leaks, or two promotions stack into a loss. Not a loyalty program (loyalty-program-design) or the promotional calendar (promo-calendar).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # offer-design Every other skill in this library arrives at a moment where somebody gets an incentive and then steps around the incentive itself. A triggered flow decides at which step a monetary argument appears. A loyalty launch spreads a welcome benefit across first purchases. A capture widget shows an exchange. A program design decides how much money a segment gets. None of them says how deep the benefit goes, what it is conditional on, what carries it, or what happens when two of them land on the same order. The gap is invisible in the place people look. A campaign report shows orders, and orders go up. The margin on each of those orders is not in that report, and neither is the fact that the base has quietly learned to wait for the next promotion. This skill covers the promise itself: what you offer, how much of it, to whom, on what condition, for how long, on what carrier, and what you owe someone when the thing you promised has run out. Before your first step, read `.agents/chappie-context.md` in the project if it exists. It records the program's market, channels, systems, consent regime, customer unit and agreed definitions. How to install
mdr add 808enzo/chappie/offer-design@sha256:f1e2385b0604ab13The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.fdb6855, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
